More than 1000 Navarra Talents have participated in theย Navarra Talent Challenge 2024, a 24-hour challenge in which, divided into teams, they faced challenges proposed by leading companies in our community: IED, EXKAL, Smurfit Westrock, SKF Group, Schneider Electric and Embega. This event has been organized by the ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถฬ๐ฎ ๐ ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถฬ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ which is managed by the COIINA Industrial Engineers of Navarra in collaboration with the Navarra Industrial Foundation and the Public University of Navarra. The main objective of this initiative is to ๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐น๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ท๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐, creating opportunities for future hiring. Participating companies can evaluate the ability of future engineers to work in a team and propose innovative solutions to real problems.
The panel in charge of evaluating the proposals was made up of professionals from the Public University of Navarra, Magotteaux and Veridas, who evaluated the creativity, viability and innovation of each of the projects presented. The winning teams received prizes worth a total of โฌ2,500, and all participants had the opportunity to work directly with companies in the๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐น ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐, providing them with a unique experience of collaboration and innovation.
